FlowLab Pro is a Chrome extension that provides an enhanced interface for media generation. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
2. Data We Collect
Authentication Data: When you sign in, we collect your email address and basic profile information. This is used solely for account authentication and subscription management.
User-Generated Content: Prompts, settings, and media configurations are stored locally in your browser's Storage. We do not upload or store your creative content on our servers.
Session Data: Extension preferences and local queue data are stored locally using Chrome's Storage API.
No Browsing History: We do not collect, store, or transmit your general browsing history.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Authentication: To verify your identity and manage your subscription status.
- Extension Functionality: To save your settings and local configurations.
- External Integrations: If you connect external cloud storage, we only access files created by the extension itself.
- AI Services: Your prompts are securely processed through third-party AI services necessary for the extension's core functionality.
4. Third-Party Services
FlowLab Pro communicates with the following external services to provide its features:
- AI Generation APIs: For processing prompts and generating media.
- Authentication & Database Providers: For secure user login and subscription validation.
- Cloud Storage APIs (Optional): For backing up your generated content, only when explicitly enabled by you.

5. Data Storage & Security
- All user data (settings, prompts, queue, sessions) is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in Storage API
- Authentication tokens are managed securely through Chrome's identity API
- We use HTTPS for all external communications
- No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes
6. Permissions Explained
- sidePanel: To display the extension's sidebar UI
- activeTab / tabs: To detect when you're on Google Labs Flow and communicate with the page
- storage / unlimitedStorage: To save your settings, queue items, prompt library, and session data locally
- scripting: To inject necessary scripts into Google Labs Flow pages for automation
- downloads: To download generated images and videos to your computer
- identity: To handle Google OAuth sign-in securely
- alarms: To schedule background tasks like auto-save
- offscreen: To enable audio playback for voice preview features
7. Your Rights
- Access: You can view all stored data through the extension's Settings tab
- Delete: You can clear all local data at any time via Settings → Clear Data, or by uninstalling the extension
- Portability: You can export your sessions and settings through the extension's session management features
- Opt-out: AI prompt enhancement and Google Drive features are optional and can be disabled
8. Children's Privacy
FlowLab Pro is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
